The Mosque is in Bilgah village of Baku. The construction date is 1310 according to Islamic calendar (the end of XIX century). The area of the main worship hall is 12 to 12 meters. Bilgah village Mosque was built with cut stone flags. There is a corridor next to the basic entrance of the Mosque. There are auxiliary rooms in right and left sides of the corridor. The main worship hall has been divided into two sections: for men and for women. The women section is two floored. The area of each floor is 36 square meters. The ceiling is standing on columns. The columns are joined with arches. The height from the floor up to ceiling is 7 meters; from the floor up to the cupola is ten meters. There are two windows in the cupola. Stone Arabic language inscription has been carved on the sanctuary of the Mosque. The Mosque has been closed in the Soviets time and used as a storehouse. The Mosque was repaired in 1989 and the activities were restored. A veranda was built for Mosque in the time of restoration works.
