It was built in the second half of the 19th century by the customer and master of bath Agha Zeynal. Haji Agha Zeynal is the grandfather of the Baku millionaire Ramazanov. Bath included in the accommodation system and does not stand out from it. Interior of the building consists of traditional locker rooms, bathing rooms, storage of hot and cold water. Bath Agha Zeynal is a civil architectural monument of the second half of the 19th century.
