Polyak church – The church is situated in Zagatala region. In the beginning of the XIX century after dividing the Poland territory by the Europe monarchic states once again, most of the Poles fighting for the independence have been sent into exile to Caucasus. That time one part of the rebel Poles have been sent to the north-west side of Azerbaijan – Zagatala. The Poles who lived in Zagatala organizing here enough communities, had built the Poland church for carrying out the religious ceremonies. The same church is still remaining in Zagatala town. The church was built in 1830 year. The upper part of the church was constructed by the round many-cornered plan. It has narrow arched windows. The Christian crosses have been scraped on the windows’ wall.
