The works on the park design begun in 2007 and completed in 2008. Total area of the park is 4 hectares. There is 17 500 square meter green zone in the territory. Two big fountains especially adorn this amusement park. All kinds of conditions have been created for the rest of the population. National architecture style was used in the view of the park. This is considered an important step in developing architecture traditions of the region and the whole Azerbaijan. The Great Leader’s monument has been raised in the park.
