“Shalala” Park (Waterfall) Located next to Tele-theatre, “Shalala” Park is a true resting space for the residents and guests of Baku. Designers of the park have created the waterfall very harmonically while working on the design. This artificial waterfall creates the climate of mountainous regions of Azerbaijan. Greenery was planted, state of art lighting system was installed, and benches were put in the park. Stepped waterfall is particularly beautiful in the evening for its colorful lights. “Shalala” Park is also known as “the park of Cabinet of Ministers” because it is located in front of the Cabinet of Ministers.
