It surrounds 2 hectares area and was built to the memory of prominent personalities from Kazakh in the field of literature, art, science and military. Statue of people"s poet Samad Vurghun was erected in the entrance of the garden, while Molla Panah Wagif"s and Molla Vali Vidadi"s statues are in the end of the garden. The busts of peoples" writers of Azerbaijan - Mehdi Huseyn, Ismail Shikly, and Yusif Samadoghly, of people"s poets - Osman Sarivelli and Mirvarid Dilbasi, of the first doctor of pedagogical sciences in the South Caucasus, professor, honored scientist Ahmed Seyidov, of the first Azerbaijani military pilot Farrukh agha Gayibov, the first Azerbaijani artillery general Aliagha Shyklinski, the first topography general Ibrahim Agha Vakilov, and National Hero of Italy Tahir Isayev, of saz master Adalet Nasibov and of academician Teymur Bunyadov were erected in the garden. There is a complex of colorful fountains with national ornaments in the garden opened in June, 2005.
