Culture and Rest Park (Baloghlan Baghirov)Culture and Rest ark in Mashtagha settlement was opened in 2009 after reconstruction and repair works. The park covers more than one ha area. Around 1000 trees and various shrubs were planted and fountain was installed in the park. A new building of Mashtagha settlement office of Sabunchu District Registration Department of State Registration of Civil Status Acts is located in the park. On October 18, 2009, the opening of the statue of former President Heydar Aliyev was held in the park. The sculptor of the statue is people’s artist, prominent sculptor, academician Omar Eldarov.
