Heydar Aliyev park – with the area of six hectares has turned into a real place for outing. The monument of the national leader has been built here. A museum of memory is functioning. The surrounding area has been fenced with national ornament. The existing fountains have been reconstructed. Various streets of the city have been covered with asphalt. The pavements have been repaired, stone facing with national ornament has been laid on the facades of tens of buildings. The lighting system has been renewed in many places. Trees and flowers have been planted, verdures have been laid.
