The National Flag Square (Gusar) – He participated in the opening of the National Flag Square in Gusar in 2009. Construction of the National Flag Square, placed on the top place in the gateway of Gusar city, began on May, 2009. Constructed with the support of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic the square has the territory of 16 thousand square metres. Greenness dropped in 9 thousand square metres area of the square; 5 thousand trees, decorative flower bushes of suitable climate have been planted. All the conditions for people’s rest have been created, modern lightening system have been assembled. The Azerbaijani flag is fluttering on 65 metres height post on the square settled on 689 metres height above the sea. Taking into account meteorological situation of the territory 12 toned post for the flag has been raised. The flag’s width is 10 metres and the length is 20 metres.
