Dideban castle – it is recommended to visit the cemetery related to XVII century and located in the territory of Khanliglar village of Gazakh region and to see round form “Dideban castle” related to Middle Ages. The Dideban castle was constructed in the time of Albanian state in VI-VII centuries. The length of the castle is 10 meters; the diameter is up to 8 meters. The meaning of Persian "Dideban" word is "watchman’s station". As it is clear from the name, the castle was functioning as a guard station. In the time of enemy’s attacks, the Dideban would inform the Goyazan tower with alarm bonfires. Stone steps are laid towards the top of the castle; defense towers were built in every ten meters.
