January 17, 1992 by decree №26 Historical and Cultural Reserve of Nardaran was declared by the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic. Decree №65 dated 23 March 2006, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan Republic historical and cultural monuments on the territory of Sabunchu district of Baku city were put under the protection of historical and cultural reserve Nardaran. In submission of Historical and Cultural Reserve of Nardaran are also architectural and cultural monuments of Sabunchu, Ramana, Zabrat, Mashtaga, Nardaran, Bilgah, Kurdakhani, Pirshagi settlements. Decree №132 dated 2 August 2001, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan Republic 99 historic historical and cultural monuments have been deposited into the historical and cultural reserve Nardaran.
