Martyrs’ Memorial (Khirdalan)During the events of Black January in 1990 hundreds of innocent people were killed and wounded. Among them were also the inhabitants of Absheron rayon. A memorial is built in memory of Martyrs on Mammad Amin Rasulzade street in Khirdalan city. The memorial is located near Absheron Rayon Executive Power.
