The bust was designed by academician Omer Eldarov and was erected in the square in front of the building of District Executive Authority in Tabriz Street of Julfa city in 2005. Bronze monument has been built on three-tiered light greenish facet pedestal and right-angled cylindrical platform of the same color. The word "Heydar Aliyev" is written with capital letters on the pedestal with protuberances. The image of the national leader reflects his resoluteness.
