The Mosque is located in Ordubad city of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The foundation of the Mosque was laid with riverbed stones; the upper part was worked with burnt bricks. The Mosque was built in square form; it has two floors. The external view is quite attractive. The ceiling was worked with wood and plywood; the floor was worked with wood. The ceiling is standing on six wooden columns. Besides, there are also 12 stone columns in the edges of the Mosque; the Mosque is standing on these columns. There is a library in the first floor of the Sershehr Mosque. Religious books and manuscripts are kept here. There are more than thirty manuscript works here.
Arched windows of the Sershehr Mosque add special beauty to it. The windows were adorned with ornaments.
