The Mosque is located in Agha quarter of Nardaran village. It was built in 1317 according to Islamic calendar (the end of the XIX – beginning of the XX century). The area of the section separated for men is 170 square meters and for women – 60 square meters. The Mosque has right-angled form. The walls have been built with cut stone flags. The facade side of the walls has not been plastered with cement. The ceiling is standing on four big columns. The columns are joined to each other with arches. The height from the floor up to the ceiling is six meters; the height from the floor up to the cupola is nine meters. There are four windows in the cupola. The pulpit is made of stone and finely ornamented. 16 meters high minaret of the Mosque is unfinished. Sections for men and women are located in ground floor of the Mosque. Religious school is in the first floor. This Mosque was built according to the order of Shikh Agha. It has been used as a storehouse in the Soviets time (1937-1987). The activities of the Mosque have been restored later on.
