Haji Giyasaddin Mosque – One of the oldest Mosques of Garabagh by confidence of time is placed in Garghabazar village of Fizuli region. Known as Shah Abbas Mosque among the people, this Mosque has been reflected as Haji Giyasaddin Mosque in science literatures. Because it’s clearly written on the inscription of the door split “This Mosque has been constructed by the kind slave of Great Allah Haji Giyasaddin h.c. 1095”. And this date corresponds to 1683-84 year by chronology of Christianity. Haji Giyasaddin Mosque doesn’t have the veranda. It was completely constructed with local stones and consists of one hall. The roof has the arched-ceiling form. There haven’t been used wooden materials except the entrance door. The Mosque was constructed on the slab rock hill in the centre of the village.
