The mosque is situated in Oghuz town. Its construction date belongs to 1990-1995 years. Its yard side area is 4000 square metres. And inside area is 16x10 metres.
The mosque was built with the saw stones and burnt bricks. The mosque’s building has the right-angled form. Its roof is covered with the white iron layer. Its minaret was built in Osman architecture style. Its height is 23 metres. The minaret was built by the master Shahid. The height from the floor to the ceiling is 6 metres. The floor and the ceiling are wooden. There are 14 windows in the praying hall. The windows have the arched-form, and are made of wood. There is one entrance door. There is the open-type veranda in the front side of the entrance. Besides that, there are also the assistant rooms in the sideways of the mosque. The mosque doesn’t have any cupola or pulpit.
Even if the construction works of the mosque began in 1990 year, it was stopped because of poor material resources till 1993 year. In 1993-1995 years the Youth Assistance Found of Turkey continued the construction works and finished them. The mosque’s masters were Macnun Aslanov and Elman Nuriyev. The mosque was registered in 1996 year.
