The Mosque is located in the Lahij people’s quarter of Bulbule village of Baku. The construction started in 1988. Total area is 12x11 meters. The walls of the strangers Mosque has been built of cubic stone. The ceiling is made of wood. The height from the floor until the ceiling is 5 meters. The floor has been covered with stone flags. The roof has been covered with iron sheet. The construction date has been written in Arabic alphabet in the first floor of the Mosque, on the right side of the basic entrance. There is an inscription carved on the sanctuary. "Allah, Mahammad, Ali, Fatima, Hasan, Huseyn" words (in Arabic alphabet) are mentioned there.
