Ugurbeyli Mosque was built in Ugurbeyli village of Barda region. Its construction date is related to the beginning of XX century. This Mosque was used as a storehouse at the beginning of Soviet times; later, it was closed. The state of the Mosque became ruined. People destroyed it and built a new mosque in its place.
The 12-meter high minaret of the Mosque was built with burnt bricks. The floor has also been worked with burnt bricks. The walls were plastered from the inside. The roof was covered with slate.
