The Mosque is located in Kurdakhani village of Baku. It was constructed in XIV century. The inner area is 129 square meters. The walls of the Ashaghi Mosque were built with cut stone flags. The cupola was worked with cubic stone. The diameter of the cupola is 4.5 meters. The height of the Mosque from the floor up to the ceiling is 3.5 meters; the height from the floor up to the cupola is 7 meters. The cupola is standing on four arches. The grid that divides the sections for men and women in the Mosque was made later on. The pulpit was made of wood and adorned with ornament. This Mosque is a cultural monument of XIV century. It has original architecture and reminds other Mosques in Baku villages related to the same period.
