Alpan village Mosque – The Mosque is located in Alpan village of Guba region. It was constructed in 1323 year (beginning of the XX century) by the h.l. calendar. Inside area is 15x12 metres. Alpan village Mosque has the right-angle form. Its roof has been covered with the iron layer. The minaret is in bouquet-form. There are spectacles on four sides of the Minaret and the half-moon symbol on it. Some stone inscriptions exist in the Mosque. Alpan village Mosque has been used as the grain storehouse in soviet times. After 1990 year the Mossque was in destroyed situation. Though a lot of repair works have been carried out here, the Mosque hadn’t been renovated completely. With the help and means of Turkish Fond of Assistance to the Youth, of the village and farm inhabitants, the roof and the ceiling of the Mosque have been repaired.
