Ilkhiji village Mosque – The Mosque was constructed in Ilkhiji village of Khachmaz district. It was constructed in 1343 by hijra-lunar calendar. The yard area is 300 square metres, and the inside area is 10x7 metres. Ilkhiji village Mosque has the rectangle form and its roof is covered with slate. Its cupola is quadrangular and has been worked out with the iron layer. Wooden windows have been put in the each corner of the cupola. The open type veranda has been located in the front side of the Mosque. The basic praying hall has been divided into two parts: the women and men sections. Its height from the floor till the cupola is 12 metres. The floor and the ceiling are wooden. The yard area has been fenced. The Mosque has been built by village inhabitant Mirzabala Mirza ogly. In the soviets times it was used as the storehouse.
