The mosque is situated near Gobugyraghy village of Khachmaz district. It was constructed in 1995 year. Its inside area is 7x10 metres. Gobugyraghy village mosque has the right-angled form and was built with the cubic stones. There is the veranda in the front side of the mosque. The veranda has also been built with the cubic stones, its floor is concreted and the ceiling is wooden. The mosque’s pulpit is wooden and four-staged. Its sanctuary was worked out with blue colour and placed in the wall. The mosque has two doors and four arch-formed windows. The ceiling is right-angled, and the sanctuary is arch-formed. The roof has been covered with the iron layer. Its cupola is four-pointed and its height is 2 metres. There are spectacles put in each corner of the cupola. As the local people say, there has been the mosque in former times. The same mosque was built in 1870 year and had carried out activity till 1918 year.
