Is situated in the Upper Salahly village of Qazakh region. In 1975 during the “Soviet literature days” in Baku with participation of country’s literary community the ceremonial inauguration of “Samad Vurgun’s museum-home” took place, and a year later, in 1976, the branch of the museum-home – “Samad Vurgun’s Poetry home” was created in the poet’s native village Upper Salahly. It was inaugurated on November 17, 1976 – connected with the 70 years’ anniversary of S. Vurgun. The exhibits, representing the life and activities of S. Vurgun, are demonstrated in the Poetry home. The Poetry home is included to the list of local historical and memorial monuments.
