The monument of historical architecture is located in the north part of Garagoyunlu village of Aghsu region, on the left shore of Nazirchay River. The walls of the Agh Gunbez were built in octagon plan with manually cut and ashlar, and polished white limestone. The monument has one entrance and three windows. An inscription written in Arabic script is located on the entrance. There are corners in the facade part of the monument. Cornice protuberances were adorned with carved stone ornament in ancient Eastern style. Absheron architecture school and West style signs are clearly seen in the construction of the Agh Gunbez. Doctor of Historical Sciences Meshedikhanim Nemat studied four inscriptions of the Agh Gunbez monument. It is clear from these inscriptions, that Agh Gunbez was built over the grave of El-hac Huseyn Evendi. He died in 1327 according to Hijri calendar (1909). El-hac Huseyn Efendi was "sheikh of nagshibendiyye society" in Shirvan; his nickname was "great scientists’ pole". There is a stone inscription (0.70 x 0.59 ms) on the main arch of the monument, written with big naskh script, which says, "This great tomb belongs to El-hac Huseyn Efendi Shirvani. O God, who keeps heavens without columns! Year F-Sh-k-e, 1325 (1907-1908)". (Arabic alphabet. According to abjad calculation, “shin”, “kaf”, “he” letters relate to year 1325 - M.N.). There is a two-line inscription in the inside, which says, “An order about the reconstruction of the sheikh of Naghshibendiyye sect, sage, the pole of great (personalities), El-hac Huseyn Efendi girvani’s great tomb was given in 1327 (1909)”. There are two more small inscriptions in the inside of the building. The first inscription says in Arabic "Oh, the forgiving One" and the death date – 1297 (1879-80). The second inscription says "the work of Khelefi from Baku", 1327 (1909). There are three graves in the inside of the Agh Gunbez. One of graves belongs to Haji Huseyn Efendi Shirvani; another two graves belong to his sons: Haji Mustafa Shah and Nizameddin Efendi. These persons are sheikhs of famous neqshibendiyye sect. Members of this family are buried in the surroundings of the Agh Gunbez. As it is seen, the sheikhs buried in the Agh Gunbez, were Sheikhs from well-known kin of Shirvan.
