Lerik town mosque – The mosque is situated in the centre of Lerik region. Its yard side area is 3000 square metres, and inside area is 11x29 metres, its height is 3,8 metres. The mosque’a construction began in 1990 year. The main building’s construction was over. Its roof was covered with the iron layer. The mosque’s building and the minaret have been worked out with the cubic stones. The minaret’s bottom part is right-angled, the middle part is eight-pointed and the upper part is round. The minaret’s height is 12 metres. This mosque was built by the means of Haji Akif and other local inhabitants.
