The sacred place is located in cemetery of Pirshaghi village of Baku city. The opening of the monument has been held in 1996. Its primary building was destroyed in the Soviets time. The sacred place has been restored later on (its area is 36 square meters, 6x6 meters). There are two graves in the vault part of the sacred place. There is different information about the graves. The inner part of the monument and the vault is covered by marble. The roof and the cupola have been covered with iron plates. The upper part of the cupola has been decorated with half-moon and eight-pointed star made of iron plates.
