Anaid temple – is located in Chaykend village territory of Goygol district. Even if the history of building is not exactly known, it is concerned to the fashion style of early times of the Christianity. Anaid temple has been constructed in the XVI century. In construction of this temple, made of river-bed stones and sand solution, no tacks have been used. Next repair works have been carried out in the temple in the period of the USSR (1922-1991). Information which is still not possible to read has been carved in a few places of the temple building with Albanian cross and Albanian alphabet. According to the information of the Rome historian Dion Cassini during the march of Pompeii to Caucasian Albania he had pitched a camp near Holy Anaid Temple near the Cur River. This information affirms that Holy Anahid temple has been the temple of Caucasian Albans idolizing the Goddess of Moon - Anahida (equivalent to Selena in the pantheon of the Pope) before Christianity, and has been changed as Christian temple after acceptance later on the Christianity.
