IYDALI (Armenian SHENAVAN) is an Azerbaijani village in Armavir marz (originally Turkic Gurdgulu) in the city of Hoktemberyan (formerly Sardarabad). In 1831 - 113, in 1886 - 629, in 1905 - 880, in 1831 - 80 Azerbaijanis. Traces of the 1918-1920 massacre manifest themselves in an 11-fold demographic decline.The Azerbaijanis who escaped death left the village in the 30s. The Armenian settlers from Kars and Syurmali settled here.
