ARMASH
The village is located in the central part of the Vedibasar region, in the Agrydag valley, on the edge of the Irevan-Nakhchivan highway and the Irevan-Nakhchivan-Baku railway line, 25 km south-west of the district center, the village of Boyuk Vedi.
In the village, along with Azerbaijani Turks and later Azeris, there were also Armenians and Muslim Kurds who had migrated from abroad.
During the genocide of Western Azerbaijanis in 1988, all Azerbaijani families living in the village were expelled from their homes, so the Armenianization of the village was complete.
