Ganjasar Monastery Complex

The main buildings of the Ganjasar monastery complex, known in scientific literature as the Khaznadagh temple, were built in the 13th century. After the occupation of the Kalbajar district by the Armenian armed forces in 1993, the Ganjasar monastery was presented to the world as the “Gandzasar” Armenian monastery complex.
